Our reservation was for queen beds but were given full size. They were 54”. We slept very uncomfortable. When I brought it up to staff I was told by desk personal that hotel queen beds run smaller than home queen beds (I don’t think so, I didn’t appreciate being lied to.) The room was very roomy, in fact a little long. There was only 1 desk chair in the room. While my wife sat there there was nowhere else to sit. Watching tv was not doable from the bed in the long room to the small tv (32”). I asked staff if I could get another chair so I could put it closer to the tv but it never came. On one of the days housekeeping did not leave clean towels after they cleaned the room. I had to ask 3 times before they finally came. (9pm).

The place was very nice , I felt very comfortable, the staff really made me feel important. Valet was amazing and very respectful. Staff was always helpful always respectful. The place has everything you need to be comfortable, library,gym, pool, restaurant,bar, it’s perfect even for a weekend get away for a local. I did have an encounter with a spirit while I was there 3/22/24-3/24/24 was a bit scary but nothing crazy. I will definitely be going back and getting rooms for my family in the future.

The location is perfect. My kids and I parked our car right by the hotel and were walking distance from the Alamo and much more. We walked everywhere and it was amazingly fun.
